From the home page, click on "Locations" and find the Lock-It-Up facility nearest you. You can get a free quote, reserve a space, request more information or call the location and speak to a storage professional.
WHAT TYPES OF STORAGE DO YOU OFFER?
We welcome both personal storage and business storage customers. Personal storage units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer business storage units where file cabinets, documents and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed.
WHAT KIND OF SECURITY FEATURES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer computer-controlled gate access, multi-camera video surveillance and high-security unit locks as well as live-in managers at some sites.
WHAT ARE YOUR UNIT SIZES?
Unit sizes range from approximately 5x5 to 10x40 and about 10' high. Many facilities also offer smaller and larger spaces, from storage lockers to extra-large units. Ask our storage professionals what type of unit best suits your needs or use our Space Estimator to determine the right amount of space for you.
DO YOU HAVE CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNITS?
Climate-controlled units, which maintain a set temperature range to insulate and preserve your belongings, are available at many facilities. Inquire at the facility nearest you about climate-controlled storage units.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No. At Lock-It-Up, all storage is done on a month-to-month basis, and we offer many convenient payment features, including paying online.
DO YOU PROVIDE DOLLIES OR CARTS TO HELP ME MOVE MY THINGS?
Dollies or handcarts are available at each facility to aid in your move-in and move-out processes.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Though not mandatory, storage insurance is highly recommended to protect the value of your belongings. All of our facilities offer storage insurance, or you can check with your personal insurance provider.
DO YOU OFFER RV/BOAT/MOTORCYCLE PARKING?
Lock-It-Up offers RV, vehicle and boat storage at some facilities, but not all. Please check with the facility nearest you.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACCESS HOURS AND OFFICE HOURS?
Office hours indicate the presence of a property manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit, but a property manager may not be on hand to assist you.
